Due to the impact of COVID-19 across the world, it may take a bit longer than usual for your order to be processed and arrive. Postal services are being affected and packages going overseas or to highly impacted areas may be on hold indefinitely.
We will keep shipping from a small warehouse with extra hygiene and safety measures. Don't hesitate on contacting us if you have any question.

UK Customers:
We're currently facing a shipping surcharge on orders to some zip codes in the following areas of the UK:
Guernsey, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey, Northern Ireland, Scotland/Scottish Highlands and Shetland Islands
If you happen to be ordering from one of these regions we'll contact you.

------------SHIPPING OPTIONS----------

USA option:
We will ship from our USA warehouse with insurance and tracking number.
This is for US customers only, we will only ship items under this option to addresses in the United States.

All orders for EU/UK and Australia/New Zealand customers will have insurance and tracking number.

For other countries, if you want a tracking number and insurance, you must request "SHIP WITH TRACKING NUMBER" on the memo/comment section when you place the order.
We will not be responsible for missing or damaged packages if you didn’t add tracking service.

This is the additional tracking number fee:
Canada, Russia, Japan and China: +12eur
Rest of the World: +20eur

Return Policy
In case your package is returned to our office we will contact you. We can send it back with additional shipping fee.
For damaged or wrong items, please send us the pictures. We’ll check it and send you a new copy ASAP.
